Who We Are
We've Been Designing Since 1986
Established in 1986, Image Box Design, based in Berkshire, was founded by work partners who recognised the potential to utilise their expertise more effectively outside the confines of traditional employment.
With decades of experience in various graphic communication disciplines, the company’s directors bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Malcolm Henwood, an accomplished illustrator and designer, possesses a diverse skill set encompassing a wide range of illustrative styles, including Cartoon, Portraiture, Technical, and caricatures.
Jeff Wheeler’s background lies in print, having been immersed in the print industry since the early 1970s. His extensive understanding of print techniques and processes proves invaluable in the initial stages of creating practical graphic design.

History of Image Box Design
Our industry has changed immensely over 36 years. In 1986 we had 5 drawing boards and stacks of paper, magic markers and spray glue to produce visuals for brochures etc.
We’ve stayed ahead of the many changes in our industry and we now use all of the industry standard applications such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to create stunning designs for print solutions, quickly and effectively.
Our skills have been utilised by some major blue-chip clients, some of whom we have been working with for the best part of the last 3 decades. These include organisations working in pharmaceuticals, many local authorities, waste management, transport and health and well-being.
